<description>YaY! I've been leaning to raw as well - have all the books you could imagine, just not the mindfulness yet. But I'm glad to see another celiac in the mix. I have a google alert for all things gluten and found your blog. I look forward to reading your recommended site.

Next after raw and if you aren't familiar already (just popping in, I don't "know" where you've been and all): check out www.bodyecology.com and the B.E.D. (Body Ecology Diet). This author discusses what's "wrong" and "right" with different diets including raw. It gave me something to think about: fermented foods, and well, "body ecology!"

Best to you on this new journey. I look forward to your future entries.

<description>Welcome to Raw...I can't wait to check out your Raw blog. I can appreciate what you wrote about loving to cook and prepare food. I come from a restaurant background and was raised playing in the kitchen with my mom. When I went vegan and then Raw, I knew I wanted to still spend time in the kitchen. What I've learned is that although many Raw recipes don't take long to make, I am able to play and experience delicious flavors - only now their Fresh, Vibrant, Raw and Alive. I have a couple of Raw recipes on my blog you might be interested in trying.....delicious flavors from Morocco and Italy.

Cheers!
