
One of my new favorite snacks is making corn tortillas in what I call “italian style”. I put 2 corn tortillas on a cookie sheet, spread a large spoonful of GF sauce on top and spread it out like a pizza – finally sprinkle with GF grated cheese.
Broil in (my) oven for 7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are crispy. (YUMMMMMM)
