In case you needed a reason…

Husband and I have been doing some reading about health issues (specific to us) and how food affects that… I personally have decided I am making the hard commitment to go completely vegetarian. Originally, I did not come to that decision because I love animals or feel sorry for them. It was a purely intellectual decision based upon factual studies that were duplicated several times and all the wealth of information that proves how bad meat consumption can be for people.

After I made that decision I started finding out about how cruel animal factories and farms really can be. But see this video for yourself…
